At Fonksiyonel Holding, we view our information assets as a strategic asset in all the sectors we operate, particularly in technology, healthcare, construction, and automotive, and we act in accordance with international standards to ensure the security of these assets. Information security, a cornerstone of our corporate sustainability, is an integral part not only of our technological systems but also of all our business processes. Our Information Security and Management System Policy, developed in this regard, aims to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information, while also building trust with our employees, business partners, and stakeholders.

1. Purpose and Scope
At Fonksiyonel Holding, we consider it a strategic priority to manage our information assets securely and sustainably in the technology, healthcare, construction, and automotive sectors in which we operate. This policy defines our approach to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of all our information assets. ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) was developed in accordance with the standard.
Our 2nd Goal
The main goal of our information security policy is to establish trust-based relationships with our customers, employees, business partners and legal authorities and to maintain this trust.

To identify, evaluate and control information security risks.
To protect all our information assets against the risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or damage.
To fully fulfill legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
To continuously improve ISMS processes and raise the awareness of our employees.
To establish the necessary planning and control mechanisms to ensure business continuity.
Ensuring that all employees, contractors and stakeholders embrace responsibility for information security.
4. Application and Responsibilities
Information security is a shared responsibility not only of the IT department but also of all units within Fonksiyonel Holding. The Board of Directors is committed to providing the necessary resources to implement, monitor, and continuously improve information security policies.
5. Education and Awareness
All employees receive regular training on information security, and their awareness is kept up-to-date. All employees are clearly informed of the procedures to be followed in the event of a systemic or physical information security breach.
6. Continuous Improvement
Our information security management system is regularly reviewed and improved through internal and external audits, risk analyses, and performance indicators. Our goal is to create a sustainable structure based on international best practices in information security.
